Accessibility statement

JR Copier Inc. wants everyone who visits this website to be able to find equipment, compare pricing and reach us without difficulty, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and treat this as ongoing work rather than a finished project.

What we have done so far

• Every page has a single main heading and a logical heading order.
• Images carry text descriptions, and decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Menus, filters, tabs, calculators and dialogs can be operated with a keyboard, and dialogs return focus to where you were when closed.
• Text keeps sufficient contrast against its background, and the layout adapts to phones, tablets and enlarged text.
• Animation on the site respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site do not yet meet the standard we are aiming for. The quote form is provided by a third party and we are reviewing its screen reader labelling with the vendor. A few product photos supplied by manufacturers do not have captions describing their contents. Some PDF specification sheets linked from product pages have not been tagged for accessibility. We are correcting these as we go and will update this page as we do.

Technical details

This site is built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge and with the screen readers built into Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. It does not require plug-ins. Third-party content, such as the quote form and embedded video player, may behave differently from the rest of the site.
