A purchase includes delivery, installation, network and cloud setup, staff training and a 30-day parts and labor warranty, with returns accepted within 30 days less a 10 percent restocking fee. A rental runs from 30 days, with weekly rates for events, and the monthly rate covers delivery, setup, toner, drums, on-site service and pickup; you supply paper. Rental payments made in the first 90 days can be credited toward buying the machine.

In-stock models ship from the Burbank staging warehouse, served on the Westside route. Most deliveries inside Santa Monica happen within the same week the agreement is signed, with delivery, installation and network setup included. Production units are scheduled and rigged on a set date.
