Many of the printer sales calls we take from Anaheim start with a machine that has been repaired twice this year. This page sets out how we answer the repair-or-replace question for offices around the convention area, and what buying the replacement involves.

The repair-or-replace math
When one repair estimate exceeds about a quarter of the replacement cost, or a machine has needed two or more service calls in six months, replacement usually costs less over the next three years. Consumables for discontinued models rise in price, downtime is paid staff time, and drivers for unsupported machines can stop working after an operating system update.
We will still repair the machine if you ask; our repair and maintenance service works on equipment we did not sell. But we will tell you when a repair no longer makes sense, and we credit the old unit as a trade-in.
Sold new and, where available, certified pre-owned to Anaheim offices with a 30-day warranty.
What a purchase includes
Every machine we sell, new or certified pre-owned, comes with delivery, installation, network and cloud setup, staff training and a 30-day parts and labor warranty. Returns within 30 days carry a 10 percent restocking fee. After the warranty you can add a maintenance agreement priced per page or pay for service as needed. Trade-ins are credited against the purchase, and the old machine leaves with its hard drive erased and documented.
On delivery day our crew installs the new unit, moves your address book and scan destinations across, connects it to the same network folders and cloud accounts, and removes the old machine. For hospitality, hotels and convention services that depend on scanning workflows, we schedule the swap outside peak hours. A lease is also an option for the replacement; see the Anaheim copier leasing page.

How do I know whether to repair my copier or replace it?expand_more
Compare the latest repair estimate with the replacement price and count the service calls over six months. One repair above a quarter of the replacement cost, or two or more calls in six months, usually means replacement is cheaper over three years. Send us the model and page count and we will run the comparison.
Will my scan destinations and address book carry over?expand_more
Yes. Our technician exports them from the old machine and imports them to the new one during installation, and reconnects the scan-to-folder and cloud destinations.
Do you repair copiers in Anaheim that you did not sell?expand_more
Yes. Our technicians work on Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, Epson, Sharp and HP equipment regardless of where it was bought, under a maintenance agreement or per call.
How quickly can equipment be delivered in Anaheim?expand_more
In-stock models ship from the Irvine staging hub, about 25 minutes away. Most deliveries inside Anaheim happen within the same week the agreement is signed, with delivery, installation and network setup included. Production units are scheduled and rigged on a set date.
Does the 4-hour service commitment cover Anaheim?expand_more
Yes. Anaheim is inside our Orange County service zone, so a technician reaches your office within four hours of a call during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Maintenance agreements include parts, labor, toner and drums.
